Code Free Didn't Work on my Player

For the price you would think everything would work with this player but no. I have a very large Bluray/DVD collection & thought, even though its a little expensive i would go ahead & buy it. Arrived next day as promised & i knew by the product description playing multi-region DVDs is automatic & playing Blurays you enter a number on the remote 1 for region A 2 for region B etc. Being American converted players they do include an adaptor to use in an English socket thats the good bit. On looking in the box NO instructions are included(about codefree)with the player so they expect YOU to know how it plays multi-region Blurays etc. On first loading a reg.B disc it played OK on loading a region A disc a message came up that it is not in the correct region player & i could not get it to play either by entering the code by the remote control. So for the price total crap & it has been returned to Amazon for a refund, by the way being suppled from America it should play region A Bluray discs automatically.
