absolute crap

when connecting to the internet it asks you to update from 1.15, to 1.18, because the system is set to United States, and is an United States product, you cannot change it, so the update comes up binary fail, i tried burning to disc and updating it but again failed. Because it is trying to find the american media update and we are in england you are unable to update, which means the system shuts it self down after 20 mins of play, means this product is absolutely useless in england or U.K. Ive tried all solutions but its useless, even when you disconnect from internet it does the same thing, and whole point of this product is to be able to watch products like, NETFLIX, YOU TUBE yet still a problem, im so upset with this product.

the fault i find is there is no usb connector for the internet and it dosnt give a part number to order it {if available} if it is can i order it. i have payed dvds on it and it is ok
