Dual car DVD players

Just tried it out briefly as it's going to be a gift for grandsons. Clarity of the picture very good. Hopefully it will be loud enough as volume went up to 20 which didn't seem ever so loud - but then, you don't want it blasting out to those sitting in the front too. Going to buy some additional velcro straps to secure as slightly concerned what might happen if in an accident. Note, you can only play one DVD, not a different one on each screen.

Shoddy piece of crap.

This in-car DVD player is cheaper than all the others, and you get what you pay for.Within a couple of weeks of purchase, the secondary screen developed a fault where the volume would randomly switch between normal and a loud blaring crackly noise that sounds like it's being played through a megaphone. Since the screen are mounted on the back of the car's headrests, this is not merely incredibly annoying but also a severe driving hazard. We still get the blaring static even with the volume turned down to zero, so the only solutiion is to switch the screen off, making this purchase utterly useless: we already have a single screen in-car player; the whole point of buying this was that we now have two children and need another screen. We spent our long driving holiday with only one screen, with our second daughter having to crane her head round to see her sister's screen.A couple of weeks after that, the tiny knob of plastic that tells the DVD player that its door is closed broke off -- not because we were bouncing the thing off a wall or anything, tempting though that would be, but because I brushed it lightly with my hand while removing a DVD ffrom the player. Without it, the player thinks its door is open and refuses to play DVDs. I have had to glue it back on to get the DVD player to work at all.The seller, Airplay, have simply ignored all attempts to contact them. If they don't respond to my latest email, I'm going to have to take them to the Small Claims Court, which is the sort of hassle I could frankly do without.Amazon's A-to-z guarantee is completely useless. Amazon have been extremely unhelpful, claiming that Marketplace sellers have absolutely nothing to do with them.Don't buy this shoddily made flimsy piece of crap, and certainly don't buy it or anything else from Airplay.

Fabberlous...

Set these up in the car for my twin boys (12 years old) they worked a treat on our long journey - not only was the quality fantastic but they kept them occupied the whole time and not once did we hear "are we there yet!!!". The picture and sound quality are very good and I would definitely recommend these - and for the price - no need to spend more money ....
